The girl's name was confirmed to be Yuu (ユウ) in the April Fool's visual novel trailer.
The description of the song on Youtube states the following:
These days I've been thinking about how commercials are what makes up a large percentage of the images that we see. This is because TV and YouTube keep themselves going through the existence of ads, so it's inevitable that you'll see a large number of them. Speaking of which, I've been telling close friends my pet theory that commercials are at this nadir where they'll shoot wildly cool and wildly beautiful people in extreme close-up for 14 seconds, then make them say the product name in the last second. But every time I do, they give me the impression of sort of understanding what I'm trying to say and being grossed out anyway, so I get the feeling I might be right.
Meaning[]
The song is about Yuu creating a short film and having her two friends play the lead roles. Her friends end up fighting so much that in the end, she has to change the film so that she plays the only role, the lead role. Her film ends up getting lots of fame, and with that comes a lot of hate, and ends with Yuu throwing her phone after taking too much of it in.
